Your trust is the whole business. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Overview
OptiHealth Products, Inc. (“OptiHealth,” “we,” or “us”) is a family-owned business, and we treat your information the way we would want ours treated. This policy explains what we collect when you visit optihealthproducts.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
By using our site or buying from us, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the store, fill your orders, and support you well.
Information you give us
- Contact and account details such as your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
- Order information, including the products you buy and any subscription preferences.
- Payment information, which is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Messages you send us by phone, text, email, the contact form, or a product review.
- Gift recipient details when you send a gift, used only to fulfill that order and never for marketing.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser details, general location, and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- How you found us and how you move through the site, so we can make it easier to use.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Process and deliver your orders, manage subscriptions, and send order and shipping updates.
- Provide customer support and honor our 365-day guarantee.
- Send marketing emails and texts when you have asked to hear from us. You can opt out anytime.
- Understand what is working on the site and improve it.
- Protect against fraud and keep the store secure, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Some are necessary for the store to function. Others help us measure and improve the experience.
You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you turn some off, parts of the site such as checkout may not work as expected.
How we share your information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share it only in the limited ways described here, and only with partners who agree to keep it confidential.
We share information with the service providers who help us run the store and take care of you:
Trusted third-party partners:
We use trusted third-party services to run our business: Shopify for our store and checkout, Klaviyo for email, Skio for subscription management, Gorgias for customer support, and PostHog for analytics. We also work with operational and infrastructure partners to support and facilitate our business operations, including order management, marketing optimization, customer analytics, and AI-assisted operational workflows. These partners process limited categories of customer data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to use that data only for the purposes we authorize and to maintain appropriate safeguards. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We only share the information necessary for them to provide their service.
We may also release information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of you, us, or others. Aggregated or de-identified information that does not personally identify you may be used for analytics, marketing, or advertising.
Third-party links
Our site may include links to other websites. Those sites have their own separate privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. We do our best to link only to sites we trust, and we welcome a note if a link is broken or leads somewhere it should not.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we work with providers who do the same. Checkout and payments run over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take real care and keep our practices current.
Your choices and rights
You are in charge of your information. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Opt out of marketing emails and texts at any time.
To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We will respond promptly and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Email and text messaging
When you opt in, we send occasional emails and texts about your orders, restocks, and offers. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any message, and stop texts by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Order-related messages, such as shipping confirmations, may still be sent because they are part of your purchase.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business and the law change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page. Changes apply to information collected after the date of the change. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear. Please check back from time to time.
Scope and your consent
This policy applies only to information collected through our website, not to information collected offline. For the terms that govern your use of the site and your purchases, please also read our Terms of Service.
By using our site, you consent to this privacy policy.
