If you enroll in a subscription, we will ship and bill on the schedule you choose until you change or cancel it. You are always in control. You can adjust your delivery rhythm, skip a shipment, or cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. Changes take effect on your next scheduled order.

We ship within the United States, with free shipping on orders over $49. We aim to send orders promptly and will share tracking once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession, though if something goes wrong in transit, contact us and we will make it right.

We stand behind what we make with our 365-day empty bottle guarantee. Try it for up to a full year from your order. If it is not right for you, call or text Gigi, or email us, and we will refund your purchase or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. Even an empty bottle is welcome.
