Lately I’ve been drinking my fair share of coffee and tea.  On average I have at least one cup of coffee in the morning and one cup of tea in the afternoon.  Originally I was just drinking these hot beverages for their caffeine content, but after doing some research for this newsletter I have found plenty of other reasons to keep up my coffee and tea consumption.  Coffee and tea both contain antioxidants, and they do wonders for our health.


This week we are taking a more visual approach to our newsletter and we have an incredible infographic from covering everything you need to know about coffee and tea.  Below the infographic we have also posted two quick videos, one on the benefits of coffee, and one of the benefits of tea.
