Refund policy

Product Guarantee

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply return it within 365 Days for a full refund.

Any products that arrive damaged or have quality issues will be exchanged without question.

To process a return and refund, all we ask is that you gave our products a committed try for the recommended length (typically the length of one bottle).

What we hope to avoid is anyone returning their products before they've even had a chance to work!  Believe it or not, some people will buy our products and not even take them, or will return them after only trying them for a couple of weeks before they've yet had the opportunity to realize they're working!

The reason we offer a 365 Day Guarantee is because sometimes it can take up to 90 days to reach desired results, so don't give up before then!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as an order number so that we can reference your order and refund you in our system.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@optihealthstore.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to process an exchange please send us an email at support@optihealthstore.com and send your item to: OptiHealth Products, Inc., 275 River Rd, St James NY 11780, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.


Please keep in mind, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance just to be safe.
